Deciding to buy our first home in the summer of 2017, we had some troubles starting off with a different company/realtor. Calls and/or emails not being answered, returned or just several days before getting a response. A few weeks in when looking online we found a home we REALLY wanted to see, it was perfect and had everything we wanted. So, we emailed/called our realtor who just ignored our requests for several days and finally when pressed told us the home was under contract, being first time home buyers, we had no idea what that meant so had to go back and question it and after several emails back and forth we finally got an answer. But we still didn’t understand why nothing on the internet or the physical sign in front of the house said anything of this. Being quite frustrated, we called the realtor on the sign, this realtor happened to be Theresa Jennings. In just a few minutes of our conversation with her on the phone, told us everything we needed to know and even though she wasn’t our realtor she offered to keep us in the information loop on what was going on with this specific house. A few days later she called to update us on the situation and unfortunately for us the deal had gone through. This is when we asked her if she would like to help us find OUR first home. From the start both Theresa and Kelly were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, in our first meeting they brought us our ‘first time home buyers’ binder, which had all the essential information we needed throughout the process and what to expect week to week leading up to the move-in day. It had information on Lawyers and Home Inspectors for when the time came, and a checklist to ensure all our bases were covered. They were always able to fit our crazy schedule for viewing homes and gave us the time and the space to make the right decision, with absolutely no pressure to get something when it wasn’t right for us. During our house hunt we had a weeks’ vacation planned and they offered to look at any houses that came up on our behalf. Earlier on we said that one house was the perfect house for us, well we lied; Theresa and Kelly found us the perfect house and we couldn’t be happier. Overall our experience was amazing and we could gladly recommend anyone buying their 1st home or their 50th home to give Theresa and Kelly a call. Thank you again for all your help!

Throughout the entire process of selling our home and purchasing our new home, Theresa showed the utmost patience and professionalism. On the buying side of the process, Theresa setup an online web site specifically for us that included all of the potential listings based on our search criteria. When a new listing came on the market we were among the first to know about it. She never pressured us to buy one versus another, but rather we felt she genuinely wanted us to find the right home for us. We met Theresa when we called her about one of her listings.
